GLC-33
The GLC-33 is an S-band primary surveillance radar designed for air traffic control, primarily monitoring short-range, medium, and low-altitude targets. It provides essential target information, including range and azimuth, to air traffic control systems, and its functions and performance adhere to relevant ICAO specifications. With an instrumented range of 111 or 148 km and a range resolution of 250 m, it can also monitor weather conditions near airports, offering meteorological data for air traffic control. The radar features a full solid-state, fully coherent, pulse compression, and moving target detection mechanism, ensuring high reliability, comprehensive status monitoring, a high level of automation, and good maintainability.
