Description
The ESR 360L is an L-band 3D solid-state surveillance and air defense radar, designed for medium to long-range operations up to 150 km with an accuracy of 60 meters in range and 0.3 degrees in azimuth. It features a foldable, composite planar phased array antenna with 18 rows, capable of generating six beams and rotating at 7.5 to 15 revolutions per minute. Mounted on a MAN 8x8 chassis, the system is air-transportable by C-130 aircraft and can be deployed in under 30 minutes. The ESR 360VX is a 3D local warning air defense radar derived from the long-range ESR 360L air surveillance radar.
