Description
The Reutech RSR420 is a South African C-band (IEEE designation) or G-band (NATO designation) mobile air surveillance and target acquisition radar, designed for air defense. It operates with an instrumented range of 350 km and features an active phased array antenna measuring 2400 × 1200 mm. This antenna can be hydraulically folded for transport, and the radar's receiver utilizes digital beamforming. The antenna rotates at either 8 or 30 revolutions per minute.
