Description
The ASR-22AL is an L-band (1250-1350 MHz) air surveillance radar designed for remote-controlled operation in air traffic control and surveillance within terminal airspace. This low-power radar system features a solid-state transmitter utilizing phase-shift keying intrapulse modulation. It has an instrumented range of 100 km, a range resolution of 250 m, and an accuracy of 100 m in range and 0.4° in azimuth, with a beamwidth of 5°. The system can operate on its uninterruptible power supply (UPS) battery mode for up to 10 minutes during a central power supply outage.
