The 1RL123E "Istra" (Cyrillic: 1РЛ123-Е «Истра», Istra is a small river near Moscow) is a Russian-made mobile, coherent 3D medium-range air surveillance and target allocation radar. Operating in the L-band (IEEE designation) or D-band (NATO designation) with a frequency range of 1.2-1.4 GHz, it is designed for the 96K6 Pantsir combined anti-aircraft artillery and missile complex, specifically associated with the Pantsir-S1 (57E6) system. The radar is mounted on a Kamaz-6560 truck, features a 2.8 × 3.4 meter phased array antenna, and can be operational within 5 minutes of deployment. A maritime variant of this radar is designated as the 5P27 Furke.
