Description
Phoenix is an experimental X-band ground-based synthetic aperture radar (GBSAR) designed for real-time displacement monitoring. Operating as a linear frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) radar, it offers imaging, interferometric, and change detection capabilities. The system has an instrumented range of 8.8 km, a range resolution of 0.25 m, and a real aperture beamwidth of 45 degrees, with an average power of 25 mW EIRP. It is available in single horizontal or vertical polarization, as well as a fully polarimetric version.
