Design
The plastic body of the landmine has a convex face housing the fragmentation of ball-bearings, behind which is the main explosive charge. The landmine has a cylindrical sighting tube centrally on the top of the main body. On the rear and centrally of the landmine is a single large socket for inserting det cord.
Detonation
This type of landmine is normally command-detonated with an electrically controlled detonator attached to the det cord, however, it can be activated by pull or tripwire using a landmine firing mechanism or a Victim Operated IED switch.
Note
Markings indicating the year of manufacture and lot number are found on the reverse of the landmine.
