The AN/APY-12 “Phoenix Eye” is an X-band airborne surveillance radar manufactured by Lockheed Martin in the United States. This dual-mode system features Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) capabilities, providing high-resolution, photographic-like imagery even in adverse weather conditions or darkness.
