Design
The TMB anti-tank landmine is encased in tar-impregnated cardboard, sealed with tape and a coating of asphalt. The landmines are made of tar-impregnated cardboard, coated with asphalt and have a blue glass pressure plug. This landmine is designed to make electronic detection difficult, if not impossible.
Fuze
The fuze may be cadmium steel (MV-5) or plastic (MV-5K).
Note
This landmine is frequently used along with metal or wooden landmines to remain armed and undetected in a supposedly cleared minefield.
