Launching System
The landmine is known to be dispensed from a man-portable (backpack) launching system or from 122-millimetre rocket warheads which contain the landmines in individual canisters. There are two versions of ground dispensers for the GLD-112. The Type 1 (GBL-330) modular pack dispenser, is loaded with five launch tubes containing 80 x GLD-115s and the Type 2 (GBL-331), contains a single launch tube loaded with 30 GLD-115s. The two types of 122mm rockets carry 96 or 128 GLD-115 landmines.
Detonator Holder
The detonator holder assembly and pyrotechnic delay assembly are unpainted aluminium.
Delay
When the landmine is ejected from a launcher or rocket warhead/canister, the pyrotechnic delay is initiated. Approximately 5 seconds after initiation, the pyrotechnic delay is burned out and in turn, is believed to remove a positive block from a sear.
