Description

The 9S19M Imbir (Cyrillic: 9С19 «Имбирь»), NATO reporting name High Screen, is an X-band mobile air surveillance and acquisition radar designed for the S-300V/SA-12 anti-ballistic missile (ABM) system. Operating with an average power of 16 kW and an instrumented range of 95 nautical miles (176 km), it features a high-power Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) transmitter. Its space-fed phased array antenna has a narrow beamwidth of 0.5° and scans a sector of 90 degrees in azimuth and 30 to 73 degrees in elevation.
