The MR-184 (Cyrillic: МР-184, NATO designation: “Kite Screech B”) is a naval fire control radar (FCR) manufactured by TOPAS, designed for 100-mm and 130-mm guns with an instrumented range of 75 km. It operates in the X band (IEEE designation) for coarse tracking and the K band for fine terminal tracking, utilizing monopulse scanning. The system is also equipped with a high-resolution infrared camera.
