Description

The ATCR-44S is an L-band Air Traffic Control Radar designed for long-range and en-route surveillance, as well as extended Terminal Maneuvering Area (TMA) applications. Operating within the 1240–1355 MHz frequency range, it has an instrumented range of up to 220 nautical miles (410 km) and an antenna rotation speed of 5 or 12 revolutions per minute. This Primary Surveillance Radar (PSR) system complies with international standards and meets functional and performance requirements set by ICAO and EUROCONTROL, offering enhanced processing and extended performance monitoring for continuous 24-hour operations. The system ensures high operational flexibility and availability, with monitor and control activities manageable from local or remote stations via a user-friendly interface.
