Description

The R-360 Neptune Ukrainian Anti-Ship Cruise Missile is a Ukrainian, indigenously developed, land-based subsonic anti-ship missile system developed by Luch design bureau to strike warships and coastal targets with an aim to protect Ukraine's coastal areas and to deter Russian naval actions in the area.
