Description

The Thales Score is an X-band coastal surveillance radar system developed in France. It utilizes a foldable 4.8-meter span antenna, identical to that found on the mobile TRS 3410 radar used by coastal missile batteries. The system's transceiver employs intrapulse modulation and pulsewidth compression, achieving a resolution down to 20 nanoseconds, contributing to its 3-meter range resolution and 130 km instrumented range. The antenna and transceiver are mounted on a two-wheel trailer, while the workstation is housed in a transportable shelter.
