The Huchuan Class Torpedo Patrol Boat had been designed and constructed in China. in contrast to the HUCHUAN-class torpedo boats in chinese service, these boats do no longer have hydrofoils equipped. by using 1990, all four craft had been in terrible shape; however, in 1991-1992, they have been overhauled at Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
