Description
The Camcopter S-301 Austrian Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) represents Schiebel's entry into the armed tactical unmanned aerial system (UAS) market, building upon the proven S-100/S-300 rotary-wing architecture. Announced at DSEI 2025, the S-301 integrates precision strike capabilities with the vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) flexibility that defines the Camcopter family. The system is engineered for distributed lethality in contested electromagnetic environments, offering naval and land forces an organic precision fires capability previously unavailable in rotary-wing UAS of this class.
