Description
The KR 1008 and KR 1068 are X-band naval navigation radars that utilize a magnetron as their power transmitter. Operating at a frequency of 9,410 ±30 MHz, these radars offer an instrumented range of 36 nautical miles (approximately 66 km) and feature a 4° beamwidth with an antenna rotation speed of 24 revolutions per minute. The KR 1008 is equipped with a 55 cm antenna housed within a 60 cm cylindrical radome, while the KR 1068 employs a larger 120 cm antenna array.
