Description
The Zhuque-3 (ZQ-3) is a reusable medium-to-heavy class, two-stage, space launch system developed by LandSpace of China to put payloads of up to 12,500 kilograms into Low Earth Orbit (LEO). The ZQ-3 rocket is powered by a mix of liquid oxygen and liquid methane TQ-12A/B engines with nine in the first stage and one TQ-15B in the second stage. The first stage can be reused but in expendable mode the rocket can lift off payloads to LEO of up to 21,300 kilograms. The first launch of the ZQ-3 rocket was performed on December 3, 2025. The Zhuque-3E is an enhanced version.
