Description
The RAWS-03, also known as PFN 513, is a naval F-band (3,100-3,500 MHz) medium-range air and surface surveillance radar. It is an upgraded version of the DA 05, designed for deployment on large and medium naval vessels or in shore-based installations. The radar utilizes a traveling wave tube transmitter and employs intrapulse modulated waveforms, with a peak power of 100 kW and an instrumented range of 70 nautical miles (130 km).
