NM1-8A

The NM1-8A is a software-definable, 2D ground surveillance radar operating in the X-band (IEEE designation) or I-band (NATO designation). It is designed for the detection, tracking, and alerting of drones. The system integrates a single radar sensor within a NEMA-4 rated environmental enclosure, which contains the radar sensor electronics, digital radar processors, remote controller, data manager, power management, and data communications components. Its antenna is an 8-foot long, end-fed slotted waveguide.
