Description

This tank transporter is fitted with a MAZ forward control cab, which is produced by a Belarusian truck maker. The cab provides seating for the driver and co-driver. There are two sleeping berths for the crew. However, the cab has no space to accommodate crew of the vehicle that it transports. Vehicle has an 8x8 configuration. Both front axles are steerable. It has two winches that assist loading of immobile or disabled vehicles. The Turkish MZKT-74295 is used in conjunction with a two-axle semi-trailer. It can carry loads with a maximum weight of 50,000 kg, including main battle tanks, heavy armored vehicles, self-propelled artillery systems, construction equipment and other military loads. This vehicle is also marketed under the Volat brand.
